Budhathum is a village in the light of its mountains, that is to say in stages.

Several parts of the village were not supplied with drinking water. Women often had to travel a long way to another part of the village and drag their heads and backs full of baskets filled with jars and bottles.

The 3% Tiers Monde Foundation and anonymous donors have made it possible to build two reservoirs that supply 75 homes with drinking water.
